Coursework and exam preparation
Use the course access instructions provided for your cohort. If you need a course link, practice materials, or help signing in, contact your instructor or our office. We can help you find the materials assigned to your program.
Student documents
Use the document requests in Catalyst or the secure upload instructions supplied by PCI staff. If you cannot find your request, contact the office before sending documents. Please do not put medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment card details in the public inquiry form.

School policies and enrollment documents
Review the school catalog and the enrollment agreement supplied during enrollment for your program’s attendance, academic progress, payment, withdrawal, and refund requirements. Contact the office if you need a copy or an explanation of a requirement.
For help with an absence, a course deadline, a payment concern, or a withdrawal request, contact PCI as soon as possible so staff can review your individual record.
Licensing support
Have a question about your CHHA certification paperwork, renewal, reinstatement, or an out-of-state credential? Contact the office. Staff can review your situation and explain the appropriate next step, any available school assistance, and applicable fees.
