Why Pawson exists.
Pawson Career Institute was founded in memory of our grandparents. Our grandfather, Ron Pawson, lived with multiple sclerosis and spent decades in nursing care. His CNA became an important source of companionship and connection—so important that she was recognized in his obituary.
His experience, and our grandmother’s determination to support her family, shape the school we are building: a place where skilled care, compassion, and students’ futures matter.
