You may also provide a phone number, a question, or your organization’s name. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment card details through the inquiry form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, explain programs and enrollment, manage admissions follow-up, and maintain a record of your request. Website inquiries are recorded in Catalyst, where authorized school staff can review them. A notification is sent to the admissions inbox. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you or reserve a seat.
Website operation and referral information
Our hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, which may include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and error logs. We use short-lived request limits to reduce abuse. If your visit includes campaign labels, we may retain the source and campaign with your inquiry to understand how you found us. These labels are temporarily stored for your browser session. This website does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them.

We use hosting, database, admissions, and email service providers to operate the site and respond to inquiries. Information is available to authorized staff and the providers needed to perform those functions.
