This course is for nursing students and consists of the following components made by appointment upon enrollment:

2-Hours of In-Person Skills Lab:
Completed at our on-site location in Robbinsville, NJ. Students will observe skills from our nursing instructors and then demonstrate competency.

1-Hour In-Person Final Exam:
100 multiple choice questions. In order to pass the course, students must obtain a score of 80% or higher.

CHHA Application Submission with the New Jersey Board of Nursing:

One of our program coordinators will provide each student with guidance through the online application process with the Board of Nursing in order to obtain their license.

Nursing Student to CHHA Program

$399.00

Student must be a currently enrolled nursing student with a passing grade in the course Fundamentals of Nursing 101.

A sealed, official transcript will be requested upon enrollment.
Academic Standing Criteria

All online modules must be completed with a grade of 80% or higher in order to attend your clinical session and pass the course.

CHHA Hybrid Training Program: You have exactly six weeks: until 11:59pm on the Sunday before your scheduled skills session to complete your assigned online modules. At that time, the course has ended, and your online account will automatically deactivate. Failure to complete your online modules within the dates of the course will result in a non-passing grade in the course. To continue, you must re-enroll in another session.

All components of the in-person clinical skills session must be passed in order to receive your official certificate of completion. This includes:

Skills Competency Form signed off on by one of our instructors who have been approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing

Grade of 80% or higher on a 1-hour proctored final exam. Students who do not pass may schedule another appointment with their program coordinator to re-take the exam. There is no limit on how many times you can attempt the exam; however, it must be passed within one year from the date of your first exam attempt.

Withdrawals

A full refund will be given to students that submit a withdrawal request from a program within the given withdrawal period.

CHHA Hybrid Training Program: 14-day withdrawal period

A student should consult with their program coordinator if they wish to withdraw. No refund will be issued past the withdrawal period unless the program coordinator determines that a student was unable to continue the session due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the student’s control. Your program coordinator has the right to request documentation.

Repeating Courses

Students may repeat courses. Online modules that have been completed for credit within the past 5 years may be transferrable to your current program. Contact your program administrator for more information.

Terms for Payment and Refunds

• All tuitions must be paid in full one week prior to the start of the program in order for the student to be given their login access to the online portion of the training

• Refunds for our Trusted Partners that provide financial assistance to their referrals/employees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact a program coordinator for any refund requests.
